PhantasiaLand is an incredible little Theme Park in Germany that is often forgotten about by the non-enthusiast world in light of being sandwiched between the widely-known Europa Park and Efteling Theme Parks. For us though, Phantasia is undoubtedly the best European Park we’ve ever visited. If there’s one place you plan to visit in 2016, make it PhannyLand!
Following the enormous success of their latest flume ride, Chiapas, the park wasted no time in starting on their next project. Klugheim will be a brand new themed area that occupies the land previously filled with the old (and somewhat dated) Silbermine ride. The area’s star attraction will be a multi-launch coaster from Intamin named TARON, and comes with an impressive set of statistics. Featuring two launches, the coaster will be the fastest multi-launch coaster in Europe and the longest of it’s kind in the world. Whilst there is no official word on the opening date, it is assumed that the park hopes to open the new area in 2016.
The park has just released the following set of photos which show the enormous scale of the project. Bare in mind that the landscape you see has all been constructed specifically for the new coaster.

The park have also produced this fantastic video that shows how the rockwork theming is being produced, definitely worth a watch:
